Mr. Kelly practices law in the wine country, north of the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Kelly's practice encompasses business litigation, business planning, and estates and trusts, as well as business torts cases including unfair competition, wrongful termination, and wage and overtime claims.
Mr. Kelly earned his law degree at the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall), where he was the Co-Editor in Chief of the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law, and where he earned the Jurisprudence Award in Copyright Law. Mr. Kelly earned his Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he completed his double major in three years.
